Up in smoke

A quick & easy smokey eye look wearable at all times.

Steps for the look after the jump.

Step 1: Apply a base color all over the eyelid. I've used a flesh color, but you can use any color you like, shimmer or matt. Shimmer colors will be perfect to wear the look at night.

Step 2: Take a black eyeshadow and place it in a v-shape on the outer corner extending it into the crease.

Step 3: Blend into place to soften any harsh lines and soften the color consistency.

Step 4: Apply a black eyeliner close to the lash line and smudge it out.

Step 5: Apply kohl on the waterline and smudge it to soften the look.

Step 6: Curl the lashes and load up the mascara. Make sure you clean up any product fall out from under the eyes.

For added neatness, you can use the tape trick showen here.
Use matt shades if you wanna wear this look during the day time, while shimmers work best for night.
Pair the look with any shades of blushers or lipsticks. Do let us know if you'd like us to make a video tutorial for this look! Enjoy!
